ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
Digitain is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join its team. He/ she will be responsible for creating, maintaining and strengthening long-term, trusting relationships with customers. A key focus is account growth, customer satisfaction and prioritization of clients at a high standard.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers;
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations and in person meetings;
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the Company's solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations;
- Enhance department and Organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
- Monitor and analyze customers' usage of the Company's product;
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships;
- Liaise between the customers and internal teams.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Proven account management or customer service related experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Turkish language; excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of Persian and Russian languages will be a big plus;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive;
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity;
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Excellent time and project management skills.
