ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The objective of the App Support Specialist is providing timely support by empowering DirectB users to operate more effectively. Each member of the team will contribute to the development of a creative and challenging work experience.The main aim of the App Support Specialist is to establish a solid relationship with the Company's partners and ensure the connection to deliver superior user satisfaction.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Answer partners'/ users' inquiries related to services and other issues provided by the company;- Identify and assess partners’/users’ needs to achieve required satisfaction;
- Handle partners’/users’ complaints providing appropriate solution or to find alternative options to solve the issues if there is any;
- Register all types of issues in the ticketing system for the review of corresponding departments;
- Build sustainable, long-term partnership.

- Proficiency in English or Russian languages (written and verbal);- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality;
- Ability to listen and understand the information and ideas presented by partner/user, detect issues and provide appropriate solutions;
- Time management skills;
- Multitasking skills;
- Creative thinking;
- Attention to details;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Working hours: 12:00-21:00 (students are welcome).
