ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Praemium RA is looking for an Asset Specialist to work with new and existing clients to on-board their asset requirements for new business, transfers and transition projects. This is a client facing role where the incumbent will communicate to adviser firms, model managers and back office brokers/ custodians regularly to capture and process asset related queries from initial request to the point it can be described as business as usual.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Understand the clients’ requirements in order to deliver their Core Investment Proposition;
- Support the sales, implementation and operations team to on-board new assets and transfer assets efficiently and effectively;
- Support the communication of key messages to internal and external clients relating to assets;
- Identify new opportunities for the development of the asset process;
- Support the sales team and adviser support team with asset related queries;
- Liaise with the distribution team to ensure everyone is aware of the progress of new asset on-boarding;
- Liaise with Wealthcraft team to ensure smooth WealthCraft to Platform asset queries if required;
- Record all client conversations, either by telephone or face to face;
- Keep records of correspondence with clients.

Role Specifics:
- Process new asset requests for Investment Platform and ensure timely set up and access;
- Review requests and propose substitutes with clients;
- Communicate updates and timeframes to clients;
- Liaise with custodians/ fund managers to ensure progress is being made on asset set up;
- Refresh stale assets;
- Set up assets on Investment Platform and make available to client;
- Set up models for model managers/ models and make available to client;
- Ringfence/ restrict assets where appropriate;
- Ensure model is made available to correct tax wrappers;
- Implement improved processes;
- Responsible for internal cross-training on asset servicing function;
- Assist in asset transition projects.

Key Relationship and Interaction:
- External: Adviser firms, model managers, custodian, fund managers/ transfer agent;
- Internal: Sales team, operations, client services, adviser support, proposition, investment management, senior management team;
- Systems: Investment platform, Telekurs (SIX), custodian back-office system.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services business; experience in asset operations, investment management, client-facing is preferred;
- Awareness of Praemium Financial Crime policies and procedures and their Complaints handling processes;
- Good understanding of assets: types of asset, asset life cycle, asset on-boarding process, asset transfer;
- IT literate, diligent individual with strong attention to detail and good communication skills;
- Team player who is willing to work with all parties in order to achieve excellence in the team;
- Enthusiasm about client service and a good ambassador for Praemium.
