ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC is looking for an enthusiastic person full of drive and energy who is ready to pass a 3 to 9 months paid internship in the Banking Services Department which assumes full-time involvement from 09:00-18:00. The intern will pass proper on-the-job training and will get acquainted with HSBC policies, systems, requirements and culture.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Review customer profiles adhering to policies, procedures and standards;
- Assist and in a very short time cover the daily duties of Banking Operations Agent;
- Provide efficient and courteous response to customer enquiries concerning operational issues within established guidelines;
- Review and maintain corporate and personal account related maintenance received from branches;
- Prepare different advices upon customer request;
- Make investigations on customer data upon regulatory, state bodies requests;
- Actively assist in handling the Department's ongoing initiatives, including archive related tasks.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 3rd year of study at university, preferably in Finance or Economics;
- Good knowledge of PC and office equipment;
- Good level of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Prior work experience in financial institutions is a plus;
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Good team player.

- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously being guided by correct prioritization principles;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to contribute to healthy atmosphere within the team.
