ԴՐՈւՅՔ՝
Full Time (40 hours per week)ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The incumbent will be working in the Facility Management section of the Embassy, the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Worker carries out maintenance and repair work to all mission buildings and facilities including residential owned and leased properties. He/ she will install and repair HVAC systems and ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturers' recommendations, etc.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Install and repair HVAC systems and ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturers' recommendations;- Respond to emergency calls during off-duty hours when critical systems stop functioning, or when there is an imminent threat to the safety of personnel or structural integrity;
- Install, remove, relocate, repair, and test HVAC equipment and components to ensure performance;
- Address existing or potential problems and make recommendations to ensure systems and equipment meet the design and manufacturers' operating parameters;
- Perform other job-related duties.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Completion of secondary school and/ or completion of vocational training from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level technicians with specialization in the HVAC field;- At least 3 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC systems;
- English level II (limited knowledge) reading/ writing/ speaking (this maybe tested);
- Armenian level III (good working knowledge) reading/ writing/ speaking (this maybe tested);
- Valid, current class "B" license: shall have had a valid driver's license for at least 5 years; must demonstrate safe driving skills.
