ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

As a Brand Manager at Sandoz, you'll lead the Company's marketing efforts, driving strategy and execution to enhance Sandoz brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement. You will develop innovative campaigns and collaborate across departments to achieve the Company's business objectives.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives;
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.);
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth;
- Brand Management: Oversee brand development and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts;
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources optimally for maximum ROI;
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales and finance to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives;
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements;
- Partnerships and Alliances: Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives;
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver results in line with strategic goals;
- Team working skills;
- Experience with and an understanding of market research;
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and marketing strategies;
- Experience in marketing roles, with proven experience in leadership positions;
- Experience in an international company;
- A pharmaceutical or medical background is a must;
- Fluent English is a must.
