ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
AGBU is looking for a Business Consultant for AGBU Women Entrepreneurs Program, who can help the Organization improve business processes to better serve the Program goals. The successful candidate for this position will work with AGBU W.E. (Women Entrepreneurs) management to help program beneficiaries improve their business plans and support their businesses by providing guidance. The candidate should have a broad knowledge of the many facets of micro and small businesses and market forces. He/ she should also possess problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase the profitability and efficiency of the beneficiaries' businesses.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
The job responsibilities of the Business Consultant include, but are not limited to the following:- Responsible for the selection process of AGBU W.E. program participants;
- Site visits: Travel and visit beneficiaries and their businesses to conduct evaluations;
- Due diligence: Review all business plans submitted by beneficiaries;
- Develop individualized development plans;
- Provide consultations and coaching to businesses;
- Connect businesses with sectoral experts and mentors;
- Check and analyse beneficiaries' financial reports;
- Develop analytical reports.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- MBA or an equivalent business degree;- At least 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field;
- Experience in working with small enterprises;
- Deep understanding of financial data;
- Methodical and strategic thinking;
- Superior organizational skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Strong command over written and verbal communication of English and Armenian languages;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and produce quality results on time with attention to details.
