ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The position has the overall responsibility for the implementation of the "Redpreneur Programme" which aims at increasing entrepreneurial skills of NGOs and Red Cross Societies in Eastern Europe, Western Balkans and South Caucasus countries. Furthermore, the delegate will provide capacity development support to the "IRIS Business Incubator" in Yerevan.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Lead the overall Project management of the "Redpreneur Programme" and ensure proper narrative and financial reporting as per donor and AutRC internal requirements;- Organize events, trainings and workshops; facilitate communication and advance e-learning and communication tools for capacity and skills development;
- Provide support to the elaboration of business plans for sustainable provision of social and health services by local partners;
- Assess funding needs and ideally identify funding sources for acceleration and scaling of services;
- Support the IRIS Business Incubator in the enhancement of application, coaching and mentoring processes and the set-up of a pool of mentors and experts;
- Establish a sustainable business model for continued business skill support for local partners.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- At least 5 years of proven experience in social entrepreneurship, small business counselling and/ or innovation management;- Educational background in Economic Science, Development Studies or a related field;
- Experience in programme development or leading position in a social business/ NGO would be an asset;
- Project and finance management skills (including budgeting and budget control);
- Good English language speaking and writing skills; Russian language or BCS skills is a strong asset;
- Previous assignments abroad especially in Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Western Balkans countries;
- Good communication and networking skills and ability to work in an international team with high sensitivity to diversity;
- Experience in the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is an asset.
