Evocabank is looking for a C# Development Team Lead to join its team. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; high sense of responsibility.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Actively perform code reviews and help evolve to code review guidelines to ensure quality code is shipped;
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans;
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team;
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code;
- Collaborate with other departments, support them and troubleshoot arising issues;
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery;
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship;
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in IT or in a technical field;
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a C# Software Developer;
- Work experience in financial-banking industry will be a big plus;
- Hands-on experience with ADO.NET, LINQ and Entity Framework technologies;
- Excellent knowledge of WCF and REST technologies;
- Excellent command of MS SQL server and relational database design;
- Strong practical mind;
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and management skills;
- Adaptive leadership;
- Ability to meet deadlines; high sense of responsibility;
- Advanced knowledge of technical English language.
