VFS Global LLC is looking for an enthusiastic easy learner for a seasonal position. Please note that the job offer is temporary. Maximum duration is 6 months depending on the candidate.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Receive and respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance from customers regarding the operations;
- Provide the necessary information about company services;
- Apply retention and customer loyalty during all contacts;
- Perform other job-related duties as may be required to meet organizational needs.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Fast learning ability;
- Calm and stable character;
- Detail-oriented personality;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages;
- Ability to handle stressful situation.
