Concern-Dialog CJSC is looking for a Call Center Operator for its new brand "Delex".ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Make and receive calls and negotiate with debtors;- Introduce the debtor full information about his/ her debt;
- Perform other necessary duties related to debt collection issues.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education, preferably in Law;- Work experience in the relevant field will be a plus;
- Negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy and knowledge of modern technologies;
- High sense of responsibility and honesty; punctuality; ability to keep confidential information;
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Ability to communicate with customers.
