ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Office of The Financial System Mediator is looking for a Case Handling Specialist to handle the claims addressed to the Mediator.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Answer phone calls of the clients, accept clients, clarify their questions, provide legal advice;- Handle the claims addressed to the Mediator, in particular, assist the clients in making their applications, conduct a preliminary analysis of the complaints;
- Record the complaints addressed to the Mediator, maintain the relevant electronic database;
- Assist the case investigating specialists during the case investigation process by providing legal advice;
- Correspond with citizens, financial organizations; take part in consultations, discussions;
- Answer the frequently asked questions by the citizens;
- Take part in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the Office;
- Study the international consumer protection practice.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Master's degree in Law or Economics;- At least 1 year of professional work experience;
- Advanced knowledge of banking, banking legislation and normative field, Civil legislation, Civil law, Contractual and tort law, RA judicial-legal system and domestic legislation;
- Excellent knowledge of legal writing;
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Russian languages; fluency in Armenian language;
- Competent user of computer-based programs (full package of MS Office);
- Ability to analyze;
- Creative thinking;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advising and consultancy-delivery competencies;
- Ability to provide services to clients;
- Analytical and critical thinking;
- Good cooperation skills;
- Law-abiding and reliability;
- Fiduciary duty awareness.
