ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

HSBC Bank Armenia is looking for a Cashier. The jobholder will act as a Cash Centre team member and carry out delegated tasks within defined timeframes and regulations in compliance with group standards. He/ she will be involved in diverse challenging operational processes (self-service network, cash operations, correspondence and document digitization, document management, etc.).

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Responsible for cash counting and identification of fake notes of LCY and FCY;
- Handle wide variety of activities within operational tasks in Cash Centre;
- Responsible for preparing cash for branches, customers and ATM replenishment;
- Deliver timely and proper cash service demonstrating maximum attentiveness and accuracy;
- Update management information regular statistical reports through various parameters;
- Monitor ATM network operations and eliminate malfunctions in terms of CBA and Group regulations and within set SLAs;
- Provide proper service to both external and internal customers; handle the customer cash related requests with care and in a professional manner to increase the customer satisfaction;
- Correct maintenance of all required documents during daily processes and day-end checking;
- Maintain service standards and quality in Cash Centre operations;

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- Previous work experience in the banking industry is a plus;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong knowledge of English and Armenian languages;
- Availability of driving license is a plus;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong teamwork skills with an ability to learn from peers and share knowledge with them.
