Jinishian Memorial Foundation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate, who meets the set requirements to take the position of the Chief Accountant at JMF. The jobholder will be reporting to the Executive Director.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Enter accounting data and record financial transactions from the receipts and payment vouchers into a general journal/ accounting software on a daily basis;- Prepare and follow up bank transaction orders;
- Compile and check all invoices or bills to be paid, prepare payment and transfers orders;
- Check bank balances and upon need deposit, withdraw or make internal transfers of funds;
- Prepare payroll each month, make adjustments if necessary;
- Calculate, prepare and transfer all required state taxes and other obligations;
- Conduct regular warehouse/ inventory control;
- Keep a record of JMF assets/ inventory, add every purchased item, calculate and transfer the property tax;
- Prepare financial statements and other reports required by state authorities;
- Record and keep accounting data and projects reports;
- Keep control of JMF's revolving fund inflows and outflows;
- Prepare and submit all required financial documents and reports (on monthly, quarterly and annual bases) to the JMF headquarters and state authorities (including tax agency);
- Record all financial activities to the financial system;
- Participate in planning of annual budgets;
- Adhere to the policies and procedures set by JMF, follow the accounting standards and norms, as well as the tax laws and regulations;
- Perform other duties related to accounting.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Master's degree in Technical Sciences, including Finance, Economics or a related field;- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and finance;
- Proficient knowledge of 1C accounting software;
- Good knowledge of ArmSoft and basic knowledge of QuickBook accounting softwares;
- Strong analytical and time-management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Practical knowledge of RA Tax and Labor legislation;
- Knowledge of IFRS;
- Knowledge of English language to carry out professional verbal and written communication.
