ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for a professional and responsible candidate for the position of Chief Accountant who will be accountable for the day to day finance and accounts operation, the preparation of all financial, tax and other related reports.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Maintain adequate accounting records of all assets, liabilities and transactions of the Hotel;- Report, analyze and ensure the integrity of all financial information;
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP/ IFRS;
- Prepare tax, statistical and other reports according to RA legislation and deadlines;
- Assist Director of Finance in all stages leading to the preparation of all monthly financial reports and analyses;
- Determine proper handling of financial transactions;
- Responsible for inventory accounting;
- Work with both internal and external auditors during financial audits;
- Maintain and administer accounting software and database;
- Perform other job related duties.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education in Finance and Accounting or a related major;- Certified as an Expert Accountant;
- At least 5 years of work experience in finance and accounting, from which 3 years as a Chief Accountant; prior experience in the hotels is preferred;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian tax legislation;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel; prior 1C and Opera expertise;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Problem solving and analytical skills;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
