ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
N/AՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Plan, direct and coordinate all activities of the Company;- Responsible for the productivity and profitability of the Company;
- Supervise the general operations of the Organization, including human resources, finances, sales, marketing and logistics;
- Responsible for all legal and regulatory requirements, product and service delivery, upholding quality standards and ensuring the Organization's financial health;
- Control the recruiting and hiring processes, as well as mentor managers under his/ her immediate supervision, in order to build the strong management team;
- Responsible for development and coordination of the overall strategy and policy of the Company;
- Responsible for financial results of the Company operations;
- Set goals and monitor their achievements;
- Report to shareholders on all activities of the Company;
- Represent the Company in the business and state arenas and develop relationships with strategic partners and clients;
- Responsible for management and development of Company budget implementation.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related areas;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language is desirable;
- At least 3 years of working experience in a managerial position, preferably in companies related to vehicles;
- Experience in project budgeting, leading and evaluation;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Highly responsible and extremely reliable person;
- Strategic thinking;
- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner;
- Strong managerial and leadership skills;
- Knowledge of sales and service strategic management principles;
- Understanding of vehicles is an advantage.
