ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Santafe Café and Restaurant is looking for a qualified and highly motivated candidate for the position of Chief Finance Officer.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning of the Company;- Implement and continuously improve the existing financial practices/ processes;
- Responsible for the implementation of financial policy of the Company, as well as for overseeing both finance and accounting operations;
- Track the Company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
- Report the top management on financial situation of the Company and on results of the financial operations;
- Analyse profitability, prepare forecasts and budget (business planning) vs. actual analysis;
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports;
- Supervise staff in both Finance and Accounting Departments.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Accounting or Finance;- ACCA qualification;
- At least 2 years of work experience in managerial positions in finance and accounting;
- Knowledge of accountancy and financial business processes and reporting standards, RA Tax legislation and IFRS;
- Budgeting and budget management skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner.
