ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

This role holder is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the Bank's Finance Function in addition to contributing towards the overall strategy and driving business decisions by liaising with both the stakeholders and partners, and other regulatory authorities. The role holder is also responsible for guiding business decisions through financial planning and budgeting and accurate reporting of financial and tax accounts in compliance with regulatory provisions.
The role has dual reporting line: the entity manager is CEO and the functional manager is Regional CFO.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Direct and control the financial and tax accounting;
- Manage the preparation of various financial, management and tax reports to be submitted to CBA, HSBC Group and Taxation Authorities;
- Formulate the overall strategy for asset/ liability and capital management. Contribute to the management of the Balance Sheet Structure and associated risks;
- Partner with Senior Management and key stakeholders from Business for development of strategic business plans, budgets and forecasts through financial and business planning;
- Effectively collaborate and partner with businesses and other departments;
- Ensure Finance function's compliance to Group requirements;
- Lead and manage the team;
- Coach and support direct reports in their personal and professional development;
- Minimize risk to Group companies in Armenia and optimize profitability and growth;
- Control treasury limits;
- Improve processes and efficiency savings in the department.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Graduate degree in Finance/ Economics or equivalent;
- Chief Accountant's license and registration at the CBA;
- At least 5 years experience on Finance senior role in a bank or other organization in Finance industry;
- Sound experience in leading teams;
- Appropriate leadership and management competences;
- Knowledge of Armenian and English languages;
- Full understanding and knowledge of the following:
a) IFRS and IAS;
b) CBA Regulations;
c) Tax regulations;
d) Other laws applicable to the banking and civil sector.
