Navavan is looking for a Commercial Director, who will oversee all commercial activities of the Organization ensuring it maximizes all opportunities for profit generation available to it. He/ she is a high-level executive tasked with the job of leading an organization through the commercial landscape, which means overseeing product development, identifying new market opportunities, determining the optimal pricing to balance profit with customer/client satisfaction, and directing marketing operations.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to the Company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth;- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development);
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met;
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing);
- Collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service);
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders;
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management;
- Assist in setting financial targets and the monitoring of budget development;
- Analyse accounting and financial data;
- Research and identify growth opportunities;
- Generate reports and give presentations.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director for more than 5 years;- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus;
- Proven experience in sales and/ or marketing and managing relationships with key clients;
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis;
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/ budget processes;
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
