ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Garage Masters' Mall is looking for a Commercial Director to handle day-to-day operations of the Mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenants and customer requirement.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Attract new potential tenants and partners, establish and maintain positive relationship with them; proactively and consistently engage with them through effective meetings; manage tenant shops operational compliance;
- Create and deliver commercial objectives to support the implementation and delivery of improved business performance, processes and ways of working with key customers and tenants;
- Supervise, guide and mentor the Mall Operations team;
- Develop clear understanding about sales/ turnover for shopping mall tenants;
- Ensure timely payments collection from tenants (rents, charges, deposits);
- Support Sales and Marketing Department by conducting analysis of commercial opportunities;
- Analyze the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and costs;
- Participate in researching the market and industry trends with the Marketing Department.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or in a related field;
- B2B sales and management experience and a proven track record of success;
- Good knowledge of modern approaches in marketing;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of English and Russian languages (written and verbal);
- Strong computer skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Flexible and adaptable person with a change mind set, with a commitment to continuous improvement;
- Ability to deliver business results through operational effectiveness and customer engagement;
- Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships;
- Excellent leadership qualities;
- Team-orientated person with strong relationship and interpersonal skills;
- Advanced negotiation abilities;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Creativity.
