ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Nushikyan Association is looking for a Commercial Director of Advertising and Printing. The incumbent will be responsible for managing marketing, sales and customer service subdivisions; controlling the recruitment and improving the use of resources; developing strategic plans, expanding the existing market, developing the Company's role in the market and yield, securing a strong competitive position and creating a positive brand value.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Coordinate preparation, presentation and discussion of annual sales forecasting, marketing plans and budget, as well as staff recruitment;- Develop an exciting commercial team to respond quickly to the market situation and development;
- Establish commercial strategy, activities and predictions;
- Develop plans for the Company's positive branding;
- Lead the productive creation, modification and development of interactive teams;
- Develop strategies to meet changing customer requirements and penetrate new markets or niche points;
- Control plans and projects to ensure market roles, volume and optimal results.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education; master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing or Communication is a big plus;- At least 2 years of work experience in the same position, preferably in advertising and/ or print media;
- At least 3 years of work experience with a significant number of employees and organizations with different interests and prerequisites in senior management;
- Work experience in strategic planning, communication planning and management, marketing and media relations;
- Knowledge of advertising and printing telecommunications is an advantage;
- Leadership skills and ability to work with the team;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Flexibility (overtime work is possible).
