ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for an active and motivated candidate for the position of Concierge who will maintain frequent contact with guests by welcoming them on arrival, assisting with departures, overseeing delivery and safe keeping of luggage, and providing other services for all guests as required.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Serve as a key point of contact for guests, dealing efficiently with enquiries;- Provide information, advice, and reservation services on a wide variety of guest inquiries, including city tours, theater tickets, restaurants, doctors, and flight reservations;
- Process and deliver messages for the Guests and the hotel;
- Delivery and safe storage of luggage;
- Maintain current knowledge of all hotel services as well as daily VIP Guest, VIP Guest requests, and special events;
- Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas;
- Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service;
- Connect and communicate with local businesses and tourist organizations;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Previous concierge experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector, is preferred;- Calm, efficient, and organized demeanor;
- Excellent personal presentation;
- Strong communication skills;
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
