ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Optimum Energy is looking for a Construction Project Manager. The purpose of this role is to organize and control the preparation and execution of Solar Energy construction contracts to meet company objectives of maximizing profit, quality, and safety. The Construction Project Manager oversees Solar Energy projects from commencement to completion and manages projects in a manner that exceeds the customers' expectations and delivers every project on time and within budget as projected.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Plan and coordinate installations of photovoltaic (PV) solar and solar thermal systems to ensure conformance to local and international codes;- Supervise solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors for solar installation projects to ensure compliance with safety standards;
- Assess potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements;
- Assess system performance or functionality at the system, subsystem, and component levels;
- Monitor work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects conform to plans, specifications, schedules, or budgets;
- Provide technical assistance to installers, technicians, or other solar professionals in areas such as solar electric systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems;
- Evaluate subcontractors or subcontractor bids for quality, cost, and reliability;
- Responsible for project administration and daily operations; prepare and maintain the project schedule, milestone dates, commissioning, and close-out checklists;
- Ensure that project site and company assets are secure and maintain a safe and respectful working environment at all times by implementing programs for safety and loss prevention, equal employment opportunity, risk management, training and quality control.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;- Knowledge of electrical theory;
- Ability to self-sufficiently price up change orders and work with project schedules;
- Thorough knowledge of company objectives impacting project management strategies and techniques;
- Ability to smoothly handle a variety of situations and problems that may arise, sometimes several at a time, and either solve them or work with others involved to come to cooperative resolution;
- Excellent organizational and decision-making/ problem-solving skills;
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information;
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments;
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment;
- Proficiency in software/ computer programs and equipment;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, PVSyst.
