ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Concern-Dialog CJSC is looking for a candidate for the position of Criminal Lawyer with the related experience. The incumbent should be aware of the Company's activities and the primary fields of its specialization.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Provide judicial representation in criminal proceedings;
- Provide representation in pre-trial proceedings;
- Provide legal consultancy within criminal cases;
- Appeal judicial acts; prepare motions, applications and other necessary documents;
- Develop strategic litigation and manage strategic matters;
- File civil claims within the framework of criminal proceedings.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Law; master's degree is an asset;
- Attorney's license;
- Strong educational background;
- Comprehensive knowledge of criminal legislation;
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office and G Suite, Armenian and foreign legal resource, internet and e-mail, etc.;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian and other foreign languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Farsi, Arabic, etc.) is an asset;
- Knowledge of legal terminology in English language, as well as experience in drafting legal documents in English language (or authentic bilingual documents/ contracts);
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality; communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Teamwork and time management skills; high work efficiency.
