ԴՐՈւՅՔ՝ 
Full-time, in shifts for a total of 40 hours/ week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day). Shifts may apply to weekends as well.
ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 
FXTM Armenia is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Customer Support Representative, who will report directly to Head of Customer Support in HQ and General Manager in Armenia.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 
- Assist clients worldwide through a live support (online chat systems, phone);
- Handle back office queries;
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues;
- Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively;
- Provide support and troubleshooting on MetaTrader platforms;
- Liaise with all departments to resolve issues;
- Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts;
- Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 
- Ability to work in shifts;
- University/ college degree; economics related background is advantage;
- Fluency in English language, both written and oral;
- Fluent knowledge of any other foreign language will be considered an advantage (Chinese, Farsi, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Russian, etc.);
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word);
- Impeccable telephone etiquette.
