ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Varks.am is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst to join its team.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality;- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations;
- Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques;
- Prepare and provide reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools;
- Analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool;
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities;
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes;
- Produce and track key performance indicators;
- Set up and maintain automated data processes;
- Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing;
- Design and carry out surveys and analyze survey data.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics;- At least 2 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst;
- Knowledge of data analysis tools; familiarity with other relational databases (e.g. MS Access and Power BI);
- Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques;
- Capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows;
- Excellent numerical and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage;
- Understanding of data protection issues;
- Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Teamwork skills.
