Avenue Consulting Group LLC is now hiring a Debt Collection Specialist who will be responsible for negotiating and reviewing files for collections, making decisions as to the next steps required in the collections process and managing the entire process till the full repayment of overdue debt.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Identify and investigate payment arrears in the portfolio;- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments;
- Communicate with debtors by telephone and in writing;
- Find and inform debtors of overdue amounts;
- Provide alternatives to debtors who demonstrate the inability to pay;
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and reasonable payment plans with debtors;
- Initiate and explain required documents to complete by the debtors;
- Advise and follow-up with debtors on overdue amounts;
- Update loan status and database regularly;
- Ensure strict confidentiality of financial records;
- Prepare data reports on repayments on weekly and monthly basis;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Law or other related area;- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field: banking, customer service, call center environment, loan servicing experience;
- Familiarity with RA legislation related to debt collection is an advantage;
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent Armenian; proficiency in Russian or English languages is a plus;
- Basic math skills (multiplication, division, percentages);
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases;
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner;
- Ability to interact well with all types of people;
- Patience and ability to manage stress;
- Negotiation skills;
- Time management skills;
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
