ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Varks.am is seeking a successful candidate for the position of Debt Collection Specialist whose duties include collection visits and correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collection department.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Make collections and track loan repayments;
- Ensure that payments are made on time and in the correct amount using different methods to contact the debtors, e.g. letters, visits trying to arrange a suitable repayment plan;
- Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status;
- Negotiate with customers, collect bad debts and default payments;
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans;
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments;
- Handle questions or complaints;
- Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues;
- Collect and verify information on the financial state of customer; make suggestions to review the loan conditions if necessary based on analysis and predictions;
- Perform other duties related to debt collection tasks as assigned by the management.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in Economics or Law;
- Experience as a Debt Collection Specialist will be a plus;
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection;
- Awareness of customer crediting procedures;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Patience and ability to manage stress;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language is a plus.
