ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Concern-Dialog is looking for a candidate with a related practice for the position of Debt Collection Team Leader/ Senior Associate. The candidate should be aware of the Company's activities and the primary fields of its specialization.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Manage the Company's debt collection teams;
- Represent the Company in the day-to-day work with clients;
- Provide legal consulting services to the Company's clients in the sphere of debt collection;
- Manage the work of the teams and assist in preparing lawsuits, complaints and other procedural and legal documents at all stages in the courts of RA;
- Research and draft a legal assessment of the faced problems;
- Review (or organize the revision) of the pending templates; optimize the procedures of debt collection;
- Manage the activities in development and improvement of the Company's collection software.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Law; master's degree is an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of the RA legislation;
- Knowledge of the RA civil and bankruptcy legislation;
- Excellent knowledge of the Civil Code of the RA;
- At least 2 years of experience in the proceedings and representation at the courts of the RA;
- At least 2 years of management experience;
- Attorney's license is an asset;
- Strong educational and community background;
- Understanding of software development concepts (development of terms of reference for the IT team);
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office (particularly Excel) and G Suite, Armenian and foreign legal resource, Internet and E-mail; ability to maintain software development;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; knowledge of Russian, English and other foreign languages is an asset;
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality; communication and negotiation skills;
- Teamwork and time management skills and high work efficiency;
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight time frames.
