Concern-Dialog CJSC is looking for a Deputy Head of Debt Collection Team for its new brand "Delex".

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Coordinate the work of Debt Collection Team;
- Negotiate with problematic clients;
- Organize sending, receiving and distribution of relevant correspondence;
- Draft reports;
- Discuss daily activities with the Head of Department.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Informatics and Applied Mathematics, or Economics;
- Work experience in a relevant field;
- Team player;
- Action-oriented person;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; knowledge of Russian and English languages is desirable;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to solve conflict and complex situations;
- Analytical thinking;
- Stress resistance.
