ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Converse Bank CJSC is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, cooperative and talented Developers' Team Lead who will manage the day-to-day activities in an efficient and professional manner ensuring all team targets are met as advised by the management. The incumbent should be previously involved in managing the development of complex projects.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Lead a team of software developers in the creation of high quality softwares within agreed project deadlines;
- Implement team goals and objectives;
- Effectively manage team members in line with Bank's policy and procedures, including performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback;
- Oversee the technologies, tools and techniques used within the team;
- Develop and implement IT standards and procedures to aid in the development of high quality software;
- Design and develop new software solutions to improve and streamline the Bank's processes and handle current issues;
- Design and develop new software solutions to run new processes and applications initiated by the Bank's departments;
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies and utilize top industry technologies;
- Communicate frequently and effectively with other engineers on the team;
- Train and mentor new team members;
- Present status and performance reports to the line management.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Information Technologies or other related field; CISA or CISM certification is preferable, or intention to be certified in a short period;
- At least 5 years of experience in application development; full stack experience developing UI and back-end components;
- Extensive experience in developing custom services, components, or modules using C# and .NET framework;
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API development;
- Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (REST/ SOAP, Web API, WCF);
- Experience with web-based programming using XML/ HTML/ JavaScript/ CSS/ React;
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, .NET CORE and MVC;
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Entity Framework, WCF, WEB API;
- Experience with Git for software version control;
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Design methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodology;
- Ability to collaborate and work with other team members;
- Self-motivated person with an ability to take on tasks with little direction from leadership;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly;
- Good judgment in developing code to address business requirements;
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results.
