ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

CRRC Armenia is looking for a positive, confident and very organized Development and Fundraising Officer (DFO) to join its research minded team. This is an opportunity to make own mark in a dynamic organization and work with the research community. The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Research and Institutional Development to implement objectives of the CRRC - Armenia Foundation's fundraising strategy.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Responsible for implementation and improvement of the Foundation's fundraising strategy;
- Find and diversificate resources for a long‐term financial sustainability of the Organization;
- Manage the grant proposal development and submission processes;
- Search and identify potential donors and partner institutions;
- Responsible for communication with potential donors and partner institutions, maintenance and update of relevant databases;
- Organize and participate in fundraising related events.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or any related field of specialization;
- At least 3 years of strategic development and fundraising experience in non-profit organizations;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is desirable;
- Computer literacy;
- Excellent proposal writing skills;
- Communication, analytical and presentation skills;
- Strategic thinking and proactiveness;
- Strong feeling of responsibility and capability to demonstrate efficient results;
- Ability to work in a team and initiate teamwork;
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
