My Forest Armenia is a dynamic organization specialized in large scale reforestation in Armenia. My Forest Armenia is looking for a creative, dynamic and result-driven Digital Communications Specialist who will share the Organisation's vision and values and will be passionate about engaging different audiences in this future-looking initiative that is planting forests.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Develop and execute digital communication campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email, website, and search engine;- Produce engaging digital content, including written articles, posts, multimedia including video and photo, and other forms of digital media, daily;
- Create a monthly content plan for different social networks;
- Create a quarterly newsletter plan. Design and disseminate the newsletters according to the plan;
- Manage social media accounts by monitoring, responding to, and engaging with followers and donors;
- Analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance;
- Manage website content, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with messaging and communication objectives;
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving website performance and user experience;
- Optimize website content for search engines, using keyword research and other SEO techniques;
- Monitor website security and work with the technical team to make any improvements needed;
- Administer the CRM system and G-Suite.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- At least 2 years experience as a digital marketing specialist;- Excellent knowledge of oral and written English and Armenian languages is essential;
- Experience in analyzing digital marketing data;
- Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS);
- Proficiency using SEO tools;
- Proficiency in using Mailchimp;
- Knowledge of SMM analytics tools;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics;
- Experience working with Canva or another graphic design tool;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

"My Forest Armenia" was established in 2019 with the aim of protecting and increasing Armenia’s forests for the benefit of future generations of Armenians. The organization's mission is to substantially increase forest cover as well as to preserve biodiversity by planting local tree species.During the first 3 years of activity, more than 1,360,000 trees were planted in the Lori and Tavoush region, including the Dilijan National Park. The Organisation is continuing to grow and is planting now at a rate of 800.000 trees per year.
My Forest Armenia is a dynamic organization with great team spirit. Up to 240 workers from local communities join its team of 51 people during planting season.
