ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Converse Bank is seeking a highly qualified Digital Marketing Leading Specialist to join the Marketing team and ensure effective digital marketing strategy of the Bank. The incumbent will be responsible for planning the roadmap of digital campaigns on yearly basis and coordinating the implementation. He/ she should come up with new digital marketing ideas and ensure its due implementation.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Initiate, design and implement digital campaigns;
- Design and implement email marketing;
- Responsible for content development in Armenian and English languages;
- Work with stakeholders and coordinate display advertisement; implement monthly monitoring and reporting;
- Implement Facebook and Instagram ads; monitor the performance;
- Carry out Google Adwords;
- Regularly update social media content on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram in Armenian and English languages;
- Carry out digital project coordination (website development, IOS/ Android apps, etc.);
- Constantly monitor Bank related digital campaigns and advertisement by competitors; prepare reports;
- Provide analysis and reporting for conversebank.am and related sub-websites;
- Coordinate the design of online communication materials;
- Plan yearly budget and monitor the expenses; provide monthly reporting on expenses.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Communications;
- Up to 3 years of digital marketing experience;
- Web project management experience;
- Knowledge of HTML is a plus;
- IOS/ Android application management experience is a plus;
- Ability to organize digital campaigns;
- Working experience with email marketing software;
- Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram advertisement platforms;
- Ability to write content for social networks and email marketing;
- Strong analytical and reporting skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat is desired;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent team player.
