ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Dalma Garden Mall is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, who will be in charge of the day-to-day maintenance and development of its digital platforms. The ideal candidate is highly self-organized, motivated and devoted to the profession and company where he/ she works.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Participate in the design of digital strategy, plan and budget;
- Consist and handle digital planning in a monthly, quarterly and annual bases;
- Report in a monthly, quarterly and annual bases;
- Responsible for content creation and due maintenance of digital channels according to branding, marketing and PR strategy and planning;
- Responsible for campaign and other digital events including A to Z proposals, planning, organization and metrics;
- Perform digital analysis;
- Responsible for ads management and implementation (e.g. setting up Google Adwords);
- Communicate with the team, brands and partners in the frame of SMM, including content generation requests, material development and confirmations.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology or a related field;
- Full mastery of digital marketing technical kit and metrics;
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Communication and time management skills; ability to deal with multiple priorities;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within critical deadlines;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Team player and sometimes doer depending on the situation;
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
- Feeling at home in digital platforms and corporate atmosphere;
- Creative thinking and meanwhile eye keeper on overall digital development strategy-planning-budgeting-metrics-reporting-new planning;
- Perfect skills in documentation (plans, reports, metrics) and content creation;
- Proactive, goal and people oriented person with ability to fulfill any issue he/ she is responsible for starting from content creation material to communication for ad platforms;
- Presentability and image keeper in accordance with the Company style.
