ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Evocabank is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; high sense of responsibility.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Provide end-to-end project management in line with the Bank’s Digital strategy;- Manage and maintain multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to the best practices and processes throughout the project lifecycle;
- Create detailed project plans and monitor the progress;
- Manage timelines and provide status updates to internal stakeholders;
- Ensure that projects deliver to expectation within the scope and the budget;
- Troubleshoot and propose solutions for project or resourcing obstacles;
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple internal teams;
- Practice critical thinking in navigating cross-functional processes;
- Prepare and present relevant reports.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education in financial or information technology areas;- At least 3 years of work experience in the fintech sector; preferably at banks;
- Good grasp of Project Management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Project Management materials; such as status documents, resourcing plans and schedules;
- Experience managing multiple PM software systems: Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.;
- Experience with ArmSoft and/ or LSoft software, Credit Pipeline, CRM, DMS will be a plus;
- PMP, Product Owner, or Scrum Master certification will be a strong plus;
- Demonstrated excellence in project planning, tactical implementation and communication;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects;
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- Advanced communication skills with strong business acumen.
