ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for an experienced and talented candidate for the position of Director of Food and Beverage who will be accountable for directing and organizing the team of specialists to run the Food and Beverage Department.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Ensure that each food and beverage outlet and banquet is managed successfully as an independent profit centre;- Develop and manage all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for the Food and Beverage Department;
- Develop and implement promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items and presentations;
- Monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them;
- Monitor service and food and beverage standards in all outlets and banquets;
- Monitor and analyse the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars and other hotel's banqueting departments;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- High school diploma; degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related major is preferred;- At least 4 years of experience in the food and beverage or a related professional area;
- Great attention to detail and creativity;
- Organizational and leadership skills;
- Customer focus.
