E-World Systems Ltd. is looking for a reliable Dispatching Specialist who will coordinate daily order fulfillment process within Operations Department.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Maintain daily order fulfillment process;- Organize and process orders dispatching with high level of accuracy;
- Fulfill and organize orders to ensure customer pickup process is efficient and accurate;
- Communicate, interact, and collaborate with Customer Service and Support department to resolve order issues (such as replacements, returns. etc);
- Collect, check and review data received from suppliers and shipping agents on product cost and shipping cost;
- Update information about tracking numbers in working files;
- In time report customer service and support department in case of any issue with order (like late delivery, supplier's out of stock, production delays, etc);
- Ensure that all data in working files is up-to-date;
- Work to improve supply chain flow.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- High sense of responsibility and ability to multitask;- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with focus on team goals;
- Working experience in the related field;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word);
- Extremely detail-oriented person;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule;
- Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English language are essential.
