ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Employment and Life Skills Development Specialist will work in the scope of the "EU4Youth: Employability and Stability" Project. He/ she will conduct assessment of young people, organize and deliver training sessions on life skills and employability, support the youth in developing their job search strategies, follow up on the progress, communicate with and organize joint activities with business and state-run companies.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Organize and deliver basic life skills and employability trainings;
- Support beneficiaries in developing job search strategies, job applications and interviews;
- Conduct a screening of available vocational training programmes and follow the beneficiaries' progress according to their needs and abilities;
- Work as a liaison in collaborative relationships with the companies offering internships/ apprenticeships and all possible employers.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher level education in Social Work and related fields;
- Working experience with youth;
- Ability and motivation to work and train young people;
- Ability to work collaboratively;
- Ability to self-manage and be a self-starter;
- Interpersonal communication skills;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Russian languages.
