Agency 1 LLC is looking for a competent Event Manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. The incumbent will ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. The Event Manager is, above all, a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. The Company wants to see an enthusiastic candidate with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives;- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports;
- Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities;
- Coordinate details of events such as conferences, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events;
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success;
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence;
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers;
- Book venues and negotiate fees;
- Be in charge of hiring personnel (i.e. DJs, musicians, waiters);
- Train and educate staff on proper event procedures;
- Coordinate all operations;
- Lead promotional activities for the event;
- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers, etc.);
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event;
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur;
- Work with guest of honor to ensure all requests are met;
- Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field;- Proven experience as an Event Manager;
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field;
- Skills in project management;
- Knowledge of marketing techniques for event management;
- Computer savvy; proficiency in MS Office;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Knack for problem-solving;
- Customer service orientation;
- Team player with leadership skills;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.
