ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝

Wines of Armenia NGO is seeking for a skilled Assistant to Executive Director to join one of the most dynamic and interesting industries in Armenia. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking skills.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝

- Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available in advance;
- Act as the primary point of contact between the ED and internal/ external stakeholders;
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the ED, responding to inquiries and prioritizing messages;
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail;
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items;
- Coordinate the organization of internal and external events, festivals and meetings;
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files;
- Conduct research and compile data as requested by the ED for various projects and initiatives;
- Foster positive relationships with NGO members, partners, and organizations on behalf of the ED;
- Assist the ED in special projects, conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports as necessary.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝

- At least 2 years of experience in any relevant job;
- Native Armenian speaker; knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating a high level of initiative.

With the support of GIZ German Cooperation Agency, the efforts of the 9 Board members of the NGO and the member wine companies, Armenian wines are promoted under the umbrella brand "Wines of Armenia" on various local and international platforms.
