IPC is currently looking for an Expert Relationship Manager for its People Relations department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting staffing needs for global project activities, helping to build and expand our essential network of professionals. He/she must be passionate about building networks and recruiting top talent in international development. IPC seeks an experienced network builder and recruiter to join its team who will thrive in a multi-disciplinary and international environment.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Recruit expert consultants in the areas of development finance, climate finance, and related topics;- Build and maintain a network of freelance experts;
- Serve as the point of contact for expert consultants’ recruitment on ongoing and potential client projects;
- Contribute to high-quality presentations of our expert teams for tender bids;
- Build strong relationships with IPC’s experts through remote and in-person meetings;
- Track expert consultants’ performance in collaboration with project managers.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Proven experience recruiting personnel for international projects and tender processes;- Familiarity with development finance, emerging markets, and the banking sector;
- 3+ years of relevant working experience (e.g. HR-related positions in financial institutions);
- Ability to work independently and stay organized, even under pressure;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Team-oriented, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines;
- Fluency in English and either French or Spanish.
