Concern-Dialog law firm is searching a dedicated and qualified Family Law Associate/ Attorney to join its family law practice team. The candidates should be aware of the Company's activities and the primary fields of its specialization.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Provide legal consulting services to the Company's clients in the sphere of family law;- Prepare lawsuits, complaints, petitions and motions and other procedural and legal documents at all stages of proceedings while representing the client's interest in the courts and other state and local self-governance bodies;
- Research and draft a legal assessment of the faced problems;
- Regularly update clients about their cases;
- Responsible for other issues that should be handled by an attorney on the case of divorce, adoption, surrogacy related issues, child abuse or child rights, alimony, guardianship and emancipation cases, annulment, spousal abuse, legitimacy, parental responsibility, and property settlement issues while representing the client;
- Represent the client in the court cases and in the state and local self-governance bodies;
- Duly fulfill other job-related instructions to be given by the supervisor.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree in Law; master's degree is an asset;- Excellent knowledge of RA legislation;
- Excellent knowledge of the Family Law and Civil Procedural Code, Law on Compulsory Enforcement;
- At least 2 years of experience in the proceedings and representation at the Courts of the RA;
- Attorney's license;
- Strong educational background;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office and G Suite, Armenian and foreign legal resource, Internet and E-mail;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset;
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality; communication and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Teamwork and time management skills; high work efficiency;
- Ability to work under the pressure and under tight time frames.
