ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The responsibilities of the role are to lead the Finance and Tax Advisory function of HSBC Finance team and act as a risk steward for accounting and tax risks. The job holder will coordinate business risk control assessment and monitoring processes and will closely work with internal, external and tax auditors. The role includes also deputy Chief Accountant responsibilities and reports directly to the Chief Accountant.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Provide professional accounting advice to other departments of the Bank by interpreting accounting policies and providing recommendations;- Manage the month-end reconciliation process ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies;
- Assess the operational impact of new accounting standards and ensure that the operational process is in compliance with those;
- Implement testing of the department internal controls as per Finance risks control assessment and control testing plan;
- Provide professional tax advice on issues occurred in different areas of the Bank;
- Implement tax legislation changes and new tax transfer pricing regulation;
- Obtain formal tax advice on uncertain tax matters;
- Ensure that the Unit delivers high quality internal and external reports;
- Actively assist with workflow process improvements and streamlining of financial statements;
- Stay updated on Banking, Group and Tax regulation changes;
- Work closely with direct reports, coach them and ensure their professional development
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;- 5 years of relevant professional experience, of which 3 years of experience in tax will be a plus;
- Profound knowledge of Tax Code;
- Strong IFRS knowledge and experience;
- Good knowledge of Banking legislation;
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel;
- ACCA or CFA qualification is an asset;
- People management and leadership capabilities;
- Accuracy and detail orientation;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills;
- Strong communication and motivation skills;
- Excellent writing skills in English and Armenian languages.
