ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Get in Shape is looking for a candidate for the position of Fitness Center Director. The Fitness Center Director is responsible for managing all studio operations on a daily basis. The successful candidate must enjoy being involved with customers, doing sales, coordinating the team of sales specialists, fitness trainers and administrative staff, thus helping people reach their personal goals through fitness. - Manage all studio operations on a daily basis;- Coordinate sales/ service and fitness club administrative staff;
- Ensure presentation, promotion and sales of products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
- Meet both personal and sales/ services staff goals and sales targets;
- Responsible for driving all revenue and target goals of the fitness club;
- Work with current studio members personally;
- Manage administrative operations of the club and it's services on a daily basis;
- Meet with prospective clients, provide them the necessary information about the Organization while maintaining high standards of professionalism;
- Insure effective customer service;
- Collaborate with regional team and home office on club promotions, class types, teacher feedback and other events to create relevant programming and marketing;
- Act as an ambassador for the Company products and services in the community;
- Perform other job-related duties required to help the Company meet its goals;
- Prepare reports according to Company's procedures.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales and management;- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong team management and time management skills;
- Efficiency in work;
- Customer orientation and ability to provide high-quality service;
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic candidate with strong interpersonal skills;
- Dependable and accountable person with strong sense of urgency;
- Customer focused person with ability to deliver high level customer service at all times in a professional, courteous, sensitive and friendly manner.
