ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

ID Bank is looking for an experienced, motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Fixed Assets Officer to fulfill the responsibilities listed below.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Manage the Bank's fixed assets according to the order defined by internal acts of the Bank, plan everyday activities related to fixed assets and submit corresponding recommendations;
- Organize the works related to alienation of written off and/ or alienated property of the Bank in an order defined by internal acts of the Bank;
- Assist in the inventory process of the Bank;
- Develop and introduce a methodology related to exploitation and maintenance of fixed assets of the Bank;
- Prepare and maintain databases related to the functions of exploitation and maintenance of fixed assets, submit corresponding reports to the competent authorities of the management of the Bank;
- Implement functions as defined by internal acts of the Bank, decisions and orders, as well as perform other tasks related to his/ her functions.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of computer;
- Ability to effectively work in a team;
- Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to multitask and maintain strict deadlines; result-oriented personality;
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in different situations and quick orientation;
- Organizational skills;
- Skills to work with normative acts.
