ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Hosteeva is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage Hosteeva's daily operations, business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, an excellent understanding of customer service, and strong leadership qualities.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Responsible for the day to day operations of all departments;
- Responsible for developed strategic plans to optimize performance;
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement;
- Assign weekly performance goals and assure their completions;
- Delegate responsibilities;
- Resolve internal staff conflicts;
- Prepare reports for different departments or upper management;
- Develop standards, coachings, and team coordination;
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth;
- Create and manage budgets;
- Improve revenue;
- Answer representatives' questions, guide them through difficult calls and issues, defuse angry customers or handle issues that can not be fielded by representatives;
- Analyze departments' data;
- Assume responsibility budgeting and tracking experiences;
- Evaluate performance risky metrics.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Fluent knowledge of English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Previous working experience as a GM for 2 years;
- Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Decision-making skills;
- Computer literate;
- Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
