ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Ucom LLC is looking for a Head of Analytics. The incumbent will be responsible for the leading of the whole process of the Business Analytics Department.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Coordinate Analytics team operations;
- Drive the implementation of analytics platforms that connect data systems and business intelligence (BI) systems;
- Responsible for the leading of the strategic design of business intelligence models/ tools;
- Represent the user voice by analysing data on user issues and feedback;
- Design, develop and complete traditional business analysis, statistical and other advanced analyses for regular user insights and behavior;
- Communicate technical work to audiences of all levels and across multiple functional areas while formulating robust and actionable recommendations;
- Provide analytical support within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment and proactively research new ways of modelling to unlock actionable insights;
- Prioritize and communicate user needs; make recommendations for product or process changes and influence various audiences;
- Collaborate with the related departments based on the outputs.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Information Technology and/ or in Telecommunications;
- At least 3 years of work experience in business analytics or a related field;
- Proficiency in data extraction/ manipulation, statistical and other advanced analytical tools (SQL, R and Python);
- Experience of making data-oriented recommendations in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action;
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in order to achieve strategic goals;
- Proven ability and experience to build and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectations;
- Proficiency with analytical modern/ present-day tools;
- Good analytical, strategical thinker;
- Good team player;
- Result and business oriented personality;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines;
- Good communication skills;
- A solid understanding of data security.
