ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Bank's liquidity and interest rate risks, capital adequacy and interest margin, ensuring adequate liquidity, optimal allocation of liquid funds, and improving/ managing cost efficiency of the raised funds.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Manage the mandatory reserves, liquidity, capital adequacy and other prudential standards set by the CBA, as well as internal limits of the Bank and the covenants defined by international financial institutions;
- Make recommendations regarding the management of Bank's liquid assets, fundraising and allocation of available funds, estimate and forecast the Bank's current and expected cash flows;
- Monitor and manage the cash at the Bank's outlets and ATMs;
- Manage the correspondent accounts and bank-to-bank claims/ liabilities;
- Conduct monitoring of interest rate risks, conduct stress-tests, hedge interest rate risk;
- Prepare and submit to the Assets and Liabilities Management Committee information, analysis and recommendations required for making decisions on the operations specified above;
- Respond to the changes in CBA regulations;
- Make recommendations on amendment of internal regulations of the Bank, take part in the development of internal documents regulating operation of the Unit;
- Exercise other authorities and perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the Division Head, CFO and the General Director;
- Lead the staff, supervise their work and enhance/ develop their professional skills.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Finance or a related discipline;
- At least 3 years of work experience in banking sector or financial and credit organizations;
- Knowledge of MS Office, AS-Bank, Internet; Power BI and advanced MS Excel skills are desirable;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Communication and organizational skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances;
- Ability to make own decisions;
- Team player skills;
- Courteous manners, commitment to work and high sense of responsibility;
- Strong time management skills;
- Ability to properly distribute the work and to make objective and unbiased decisions;
- Willingness and ability to share skills and knowledge;
- Familiarity with the banking legislation; regular training and qualification certificates; willingness to constantly develop and to improve the quality of work.
