ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Ucom is looking for a Head of Business Process Management Department. The incumbent will be responsible for management of the Business Processes Management Department.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Define the Department’s long-term and short-term priorities based on the Company’s strategy;- Coordinate the Department’s activities based on priorities;
- Develop and implement framework that ensures the Company’s processes continuous improvement and optimization;
- Ensure effective transversal cooperation between BPM Department and other units;
- Ensure identification of existing processes, policies, procedures;
- Ensure analyze and monitoring of processes based on KPIs;
- Ensure risk management;
- Implement processes, policies and procedures in strong cooperation with other functional units;
- Ensure the compliance between business processes and internal regulatory documents;
- Develop and implement new policies, procedures and instructions in the Company;
- Ensure documentation of the Company’s processes, policies and procedures.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in the corresponding field;- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of implementation of business processes;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a managerial position;
- Strong analytical thinking skills;
- Deep knowledge of Business project management principles and methodologies;
- Deep knowledge of business impact analysis principles and methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of risk analysis principles;
- Knowledge of the corresponding ISO standards is a plus;
- Experience in telecommunication sphere is a plus;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
